🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team and support business-critical projects within structured environments, ideally in the banking or financial sector.

The ideal candidate will be involved in both strategic and operational project management, focusing on business processes, compliance, and organizational change. This role includes managing timelines, tracking issues, coordinating with IT providers, and ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to define or redesign internal processes, support stakeholders in identifying project priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of project phases. This is a key role for driving organizational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

• Manage business and organizational projects, with a strong focus on regulatory, compliance, and internal process transformation;
• Analyze, define, draft, and update banking policies and procedures in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions;
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define project priorities, and coordinate streams with key internal stakeholders;
• Design or redesign internal banking processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and governance;
• Coordinate organizational change initiatives, including structural adjustments and internal communication plans;
• Provide project governance support: define and track project plans and milestones, prepare progress reports, status updates, and stakeholder presentations;

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the banking industry, with familiarity with end-to-end banking processes (e.g., compliance, risk, onboarding, operations);
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Management Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in business-side project management (non-IT focused);
• Proven ability to support regulatory and governance initiatives, including the drafting of internal policies and procedures;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to European banks (e.g., EBA, CSSF guidelines);
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken French is a plus;
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are considered a plus;
• Valid EU work permit.
