Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex backend financial systems, including trading platforms, asset management, ledgers, and integrations with external partners.
- Build user-facing interfaces and full-stack features using modern frameworks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions, planning, and code reviews.
- Focus on solutions that align with business goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Backend: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, JVM-based microservices
- Frontend: React, TypeScript (occasionally)
- DevOps: Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform
- Data: PostgreSQL, Clickhouse
- Experience in backend development with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React is a plus).
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and automation tools (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Prior involvement in fast-paced environments or fintech is highly valued.
- Collaborative and accountable approach, eager to contribute across the stack.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and open to learning new technologies.
- Passionate about solving complex problems in financial technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
