About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join Calibre Systems’ dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated web applications that support our clients’ mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in .NET technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with designers, back-end engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot will be advantageous, enabling you to contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of full stack development experience. Demonstrated proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and the .NET Framework is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular, along with a solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration, including Microsoft Graph API. Strong database design and development skills using Microsoft SQL Server are required. Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities, are vital for success in this role. Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Azure services, and Agile methodologies will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing .NET Core / .NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API to facilitate integration with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including queries and stored procedures to support application requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless, high-performance solutions that meet client specifications.
• Integrate applications with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services to enhance enterprise workflows and collaboration.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau to generate insights and support reporting needs.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional team collaborations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply secure coding practices and adhere to organizational and client standards for software development.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-driven development trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives and operational needs.
