Your Opportunity
As an Analyst in our Brisbane M&A team, you will
- Work on buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising mandates across public and private markets.
- Build financial models, perform valuations, and conduct detailed financial analysis for complex transactions.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and interaction with clients, financiers, and legal advisers.
- Prepare marketing materials such as information memoranda, pitch decks, and management presentations.
- Contribute to industry research, market analysis, and strategic option development for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Australia and internationally on cross-border engagements.

Your Experience
We value diversity of thought and experience. Ideally, you have
- Recent experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, private equity, or Big 4/Mid-tier accounting (M&A Advisory).
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and data analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields; progress toward CA or CFA is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A proactive attitude, strong team ethic, and motivation to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
