Role: Product Owner/Product Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland- Hybrid

Type: Contract- 12 months

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Product Manager with strong expertise in API product development to join our Workplace Investing Digital Shared Services team.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✔ 7+ years of experience in product development, leading distributed agile teams (architects, analysts, developers) to design, deliver, and maintain API products

✔ Strong background in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade APIs that accelerate digital innovation

✔ Experience delivering large-scale solutions impacting millions of customers across complex enterprise ecosystems

✔ Ability to leverage data, insights, and metrics to shape strategic product roadmaps and drive decisions

✔ Expertise working in Agile/Scrum environments; exposure to Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up is a plus

✔ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

👥 About the Team

You will join the Workplace Investing Digital Shared Services Product Area, a team dedicated to building simple, scalable, stable, and reusable API capabilities. These APIs empower internal and external consumers to create best-in-class digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with Product Leaders across PI, FI, APS, and HCG, working with architects, chapter leaders, and cross-company teams to deliver the shared vision.
