We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join a high-growth FinTech SaaS company in Amsterdam. If you thrive in fast-paced start-up environments, love shaping products from the ground up, and enjoy working closely with both clients and engineers, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product lifecycle for a core FinTech SaaS platform, from concept to launch.
• Work closely with engineering/technology teams to define requirements, shape UI/UX, and bring new features to life.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams—gather insights, understand customer needs, and translate them into clear product direction.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution with autonomy.
• Ensure the product evolves with market trends and customer demands.

What We’re Looking For

• ~7 years’ experience in product management, ideally within SaaS and preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven experience working side-by-side with technology teams—from UI design discussions to defining product specs.
• Strong client-facing experience—comfortable leading conversations, gathering feedback, and shaping solutions.
• Someone proactive, independent, and able to run with ideas without constant guidance.
• Experience in FinTech is a strong plus.
