Job Description:

Experience required

• Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in Generative AI or consumer AI products.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Expertise in gathering and translating requirements into actionable product plans using agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and knowledge of the data ecosystem, including data engineering, quality, orchestration, infrastructure, and governance.
• Solid understanding of data and AI product development, particularly Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management of our Generative AI chat platform.
• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee platform releases and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Manage development sprints and provide supportive leadership to development teams.
• Organize and deliver training on Generative AI usage within the Group.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify common needs and trends across business lines with a user-centric approach
