Overview:

$19.50 / hour

This is a contract position that is vacant and starts mid January and goes until May 9th 2026. Candidates must be able to work full time hours during this period.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full cycle recruitment initiatives which includes maintaining job postings, and screening candidates using ATS (iCIMS)
  • Schedule and conduct interviews for 4,000 seasonal associates and making hiring decisions
  • Schedule onboarding and processing job offers
  • Integrate newly hired associates into HRIS (Dayforce) and create seasonal contracts
  • Maintain data in HRIS system and key required information including tax forms, wage, job and location details, promotions, transfers and terminations
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for up to 300 associates weekly
  • Provide support for associates with inquiries regarding onboarding and orientation, job status updates, tax forms, etc.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • You!
  • Candidates that are enrolled in a post-secondary Human Resources Management program or equivalent is an asset
  • Someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task, and efficient in the completion of tasks
  • Individuals that have a professional, positive and confident manner
  • Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups
  • Availability that includes working on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
