Project Manager (SAP Success Factors)

A leading global organisation in the materials and technology sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Core HR system (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). You will lead the delivery of a new Core HR system. This is not a full SAP SuccessFactors implementation—only the Core HR module is in scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale IT and process implementation project
• Coordinate international project teams (primarily EU timezone)
• Manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT/IS, and Business Units
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Support change management activities related to HR process evolution
