Are you a strategic leader with a passion for transforming workplaces and driving operational excellence? At Nokia, we're looking for a Global Head of Real Estate to lead our global portfolio and help shape the future of how and where we work.

In this high-impact role, you’ll define and lead our real estate strategy across a diverse global footprint—including offices, labs, and data centers—ensuring every space supports our business goals, sustainability ambitions, and hybrid work culture.

You’ll head up a talented, high-performing team and work in close partnership with cross-functional leaders from IT, HR, Finance, and beyond to deliver integrated, future-ready workplace solutions. Together, you’ll enhance productivity, foster innovation, and support the infrastructure behind Nokia’s cutting-edge technology.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Drive the global real estate strategy, ensuring alignment with Nokia's corporate goals and operational needs.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of offices, labs, and data centers optimizing asset performance across regions.
• Enable the in person collaboration vision
• Oversee real estate projects, leading on new developments and ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Action on real estate transactions and develop strong external partnerships
• Champion sustainability, safety, and efficiency across all facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real estate services with broader corporate operations.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong external partnerships.
• Lead and develop a global team of real estate professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  
  

You Have

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive global experience in real estate and facilities management, with leadership roles in multinational companies.
• Displaying strong business acumen with experience of leadership roles in multinational companies.
• Strong track record of managing complex leases, negotiations, and high-value projects across diverse global markets.
• Expertise in project and program management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on real estate and asset management matters.
  
  

It Would Be Nice If You Also Had

• Experience in tech infrastructure real estate, including labs and cloud environments.
• Financial acumen and ability to maximize ROI on investments.
• Experience implementing innovative workplace strategies, including solutions for hybrid and remote work models.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and strategies.
