We are looking for Talent Acquisition Assistant/Coordinator to join our EAME team and support a large-scale hiring project in Finland during the first half of 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and HR processes while working in a dynamic, international environment supporting a project that truly makes an impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist local Talent Acquisition Associate in coordinating and executing administrative tasks for a mass recruitment project
• Serve as a point of contact between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers for process-related queries
• Manage candidate data and ensure accuracy in Workday, and monitor candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process to maintain compliance and data integrity
• Validate that hiring workflows follow company policies and global TA processes
• Prepare and update recruitment-related documentation and reports
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Ongoing studies or a degree in Business, HR, or Humanities
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  
  

Prior experience in recruitment or general HR as well as familiarity with Workday is considered as a significant advantage.
