🧭 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide program focused on Immutable Backup validation, Disaster Recovery readiness, and ISO 27001 compliance assurance.

This role drives planning, execution, governance, and organization-wide alignment to ensure data resilience across all application portfolios.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📘 1. Project Planning & Governance

• Develop and manage project scope, roadmap, budget, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure full implementation of immutable backup capabilities across the application landscape.
• Govern execution and ensure alignment with resilience and security frameworks.

🌍 2. Enterprise Rollout & Change Management

• Lead enterprise-wide rollout of new backup & DR protocols.
• Act as an internal advocate to communicate program value and compliance needs.
• Host Town Halls, Drop-in Sessions, and Workshops to support application teams.

📊 3. Status Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Deliver clear, consolidated progress updates to leadership and cross-functional forums.
• Resolve technical and procedural queries in a timely, structured manner.

🛡 4. Validation & Assurance

• Oversee execution and validation of Backup & Restore tests for all applications.
• Ensure compliance with RTO/RPO objectives and data integrity requirements.
• Mandate and validate Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing, confirming system resilience and recoverability.

📂 5. Compliance, Documentation & Escalation (ISO 27001 Focus)

• Ensure all processes align with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 (BCMS) frameworks.
• Collect and maintain auditable evidence of compliance (test results, metrics, sign-offs).
• Proactively escalate risks, failures, or non-compliance issues to leadership.
