Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD automation, and secure infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern DevOps tooling, on-prem environments, and integration-heavy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize integrations between internal systems and third-party solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure/Oracle DevOps.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and cluster management using Ansible and Terraform.
• Support infrastructure and pipelines for HR mobile applications and AQA mobile (iOS & Android).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise with Kubernetes (preferably VMware Tanzu), Docker, and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Server (on-prem) and self-hosted Linux agents.
• Solid understanding of networking/virtualization tools: NSX-T, vSphere, F5 Load Balancer, and knowledge of DMZ vs LAN architecture.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Identity & API security tools: Keycloak, Kong, MFA setups.
• Backend experience with PostgreSQL.
• Code quality & security tools: SonarQube, MobSF.
• Experience using Nexus Repository for Docker images and build artifacts.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Certifications in Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, VMware, or related technologies.
• Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
• Familiarity with mobile app security, dependency scanning, or secure SDLC practices.
