Job Overview:

As a Product Designer, you will translate user needs, business objectives, and product requirements into polished, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces. Working closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers, the Product Designer ensures every screen, component, and interaction is crafted with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to brainstorm and conceptualise design solutions for new features or product enhancements.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling user interface designs across web and mobile.
• Create high-fidelity UI assets, including screens, components, icons, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessible design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to refine user flows, wireframes, and user journeys into polished interfaces.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing assets, specs, and ongoing support.
• Apply brand guidelines and help evolve visual identity across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct UI reviews and design QA, identifying visual or interaction inconsistencies before release.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand user needs, use cases, and business goals that inform design decisions.
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics insights, and stakeholder input.
• Ensure pixel-perfect design quality across all screens, components, and states.
• Contribute to ideation, supporting product and engineering teams with creative concepts and visual exploration.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, visual creativity, and experience across web/mobile products.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, and usability best practices.
• Knowledge of design systems, component-based UI design, and responsive layout principles.
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand constraints and collaborate effectively with engineers..
• Ability to create prototypes, interactions, and micro-animations using tools like Figma, Principle.
