Our client, a prestigious and forward-thinking institution in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Project Manager to support the delivery of exclusive, high-touch events. This role requires a proactive and confident professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver bespoke, small-scale, high-profile events from concept to completion
• Oversee logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution to ensure exceptional experiences for guests and VIPs
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and “make things happen” with minimal oversight
• Provide a polished and professional presence during events, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well supported.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills are an advantage and preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in event management or project coordination
• Strong logistical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident, accountable, and solutions-oriented – a true “can-do” mindset
• Tech-savvy or keen interest in technology and digital tools
• Able to connect the dots, maintain a helicopter view, and manage multiple moving parts effectively
• Professional maturity to interact with senior stakeholders and VIP guests, without requiring extensive seniority
• Previous experience working with or alongside government entities is desirable
• Ideal for a younger, energetic professional who brings creativity, drive, and composure to each event
