Job Description
The Capital Management Technology Senior Analyst / Lead is a senior, hands-on expert responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capital management solutions within the Treasury Technology team. This role combines leadership and technical expertise, translating complex capital business rules into robust technology solutions, and managing data processes.
Translate business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls.
Produce source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specifications for capital management and reporting platforms.
Execute onboarding of priority data sources into strategic data platforms.
Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
Partner with data engineers and technology teams to build and optimize data ingestion pipelines.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for capital management features.
Prepare test cases and QA plans; lead triage activities to validate data and system integrity.
Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
Contribute to canonical capital models and reusable solution patterns.
Foster best practices in requirements management, data analysis, and solution delivery.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
