- Act as the custodian of all reporting and MIS frameworks for the bank’s retail and CVM functions.
- Own the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer, portfolio, and product performance data.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce data validation protocols to maintain report integrity across systems.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Automate performance reporting and ensure data is accessible in real time across departments.
- Train and support business teams in interpreting and using Power BI dashboards effectively.
- Partner closely with Data Warehouse, IT, and Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality assurance.
- Define and document data pipelines, refresh cycles, and reporting hierarchies.
- Collaborate on development of new data sources, KPIs, and analytical models.
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on data definitions and reporting requirements.
- Regularly validate segment and portfolio data to ensure accuracy in reporting and campaign targeting.
- Maintain data dictionaries, KPI definitions, and reporting templates.
- Support Retail, CVM, and Product teams with custom analyses and ad-hoc reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Present insights to management highlighting customer trends, behavioral shifts, and performance opportunities.
- 1-2 years of total work experience in Data Analytic.
- Understanding of basic Project management tools like GANT charts.
- Experience in designing and optimizing lifecycle journeys for user retention.
- Understanding of DB & Reporting tools like & Power BI/DBeaver/Tableau.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, and creative teams.
- Proficiency in Analytics Skill.
- Advanced Microsoft office tools foundations (Power BI /Excel/Power point).
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization.
- SQL Language.
