Role – DevOps Engineer (Remote, Europe)

We are looking for DevOps Engineers to join our cross functional Platform Engineering team and support the build, integration and deployment of digital solutions for one of our key international partners. You will work directly with product teams to deliver scalable, secure and automated environments while driving DevOps excellence across the organization.

The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain standard CI or CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), and Maven or Gradle

Integrate and manage Nexus for artifact storage and repository management

Automate container builds with Docker, Podman and Helm charts

Deploy, manage and scale containerized applications on OpenShift (OKD or OCP)

Standardize and automate release processes including branching and tagging strategies

Work closely with Digital Product teams to gather feedback and align on DevOps best practices

Integrate SAST and DAST tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, Trivy and Syft to ensure security compliance

Maintain and patch base UBI images and ensure secure configuration

Manage secrets and credentials through HashiCorp Vault

Implement centralized logging (ELK) and observability (Prometheus, Grafana)

Collaborate with development and test automation teams to optimize build and deployment workflows

Identify and resolve bottlenecks across build, test and deployment steps

Assist developers in integrating their applications into the enterprise Digital Platform

What You Need to Succeed

Strong experience with CI or CD and build tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven or Gradle

Expertise in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Podman, Helm, OpenShift

Hands on knowledge of IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Minikube

Solid understanding of security tools: Vault, Veracode, Trivy, Syft, SonarQube

Experience with observability stacks: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana

Good understanding of databases and messaging: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Solace

Scripting skills: Python, Bash, ksh, or Perl

Experience working in Agile or hybrid DevOps environments

Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams
