Business Analyst & PO

We are searching for a for a Hybrid BA and Product Ownwer profile.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements;
• Writing user stories.
• Functional specifications;
• Manage and prioritize the backlog.
• Documenting business flows and processes;
• AS-IS process mapping and TO-BE process creation;
• Identification and design of enhancements to existing functionality;
• Review of existing processes;
• Communication with multiple stakeholders;
• Managing the initiatives and monitoring the project until the end.

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics, Mathematics or similar.
• Previous experience in functional analysis functions (Minimum of 2 years).
• Experience in product design functions.
• Experience in designing, executing and coordinating functional tests, in close partnership with the development team.
• Solid knowledge in application integration, distributed systems and databases.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with UML and BPM valued.
