We’re looking for a Data & Automation Specialist to join our tech-driven team, helping optimize internal workflows, design intelligent experiments, and build solutions that empower teams across the company. What You Will Do:

• Develop and optimize automation workflows that improve internal processes and boost efficiency across teams;
• Experiment with AI, ML, and new tools to enhance content quality, product performance, and daily operations;
• Analyze performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, Chartbeat) and translate numbers into practical insights;
• Plan and run experiments such as A/B tests to validate ideas and strengthen user experience and business results;
• Act as a bridge between teams - aligning management, developers, and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery;
• Build scalable automation solutions using platforms like n8n, Google Cloud Platform or similar;
• Maintain high data quality and ensure analytics are interpreted correctly to support data-driven decisions.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Experience in data analysis, automation, or workflow optimization;
• Practical knowledge of analytics tools or automation platforms (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, GCP, n8n, or similar);
• Familiarity with programming or data languages (Python, SQL, R, etc.) and interest in expanding these skills;
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and curiosity to explore new technologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to simplify complex ideas and avoid overengineering;
• Clear communication skills and collaborative spirit - especially when explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues;
• Proactive, tech-savvy approach: staying updated on trends, testing tools, and proposing innovations;
• Attention to detail and solid basics in statistics;
• Experience in media, SaaS, or other data-driven environments is a plus.
