Project Manager

This role combines project management, scrum master responsibilities, and operational process management, with a strong emphasis on project delivery. You will actively drive and support team members to deliver the team’s book of work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the two leads of the Cloud Control Plane Security team in driving delivery of the team’s book of work.
• Act as Scrum Master by organizing agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups).
• Manage small projects outside the team’s standard services.
• Maintain the team’s Jira project and ensure ticket hygiene.
• Provide regular, high-quality management reporting and escalate risks and blockers.
• Produce metrics to support team operations and demonstrate control plane security effectiveness to auditors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Medium to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to create professional reports, presentations, and charts.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in organizations implementing or using public cloud services.
• Exposure to engineering teams using DevOps or CI/CD practices.
