Senior Business Analyst (Credit & Collections)

Job Role:-Contract

Must have Skill:-

• 8–10 years of experience in Credit Data and Collections domain
• Strong business process analysis and improvement capability
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation
• Experience in defining detailed user stories and business processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects, and Test Teams
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in debt recovery
• Experience in collections workflow analysis and automation
• Ability to design KPIs/dashboards for collections performance tracking
• Strong documentation and functional analysis skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 6-10 years' of experience in related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
