AI Product Manager.


Join a rapidly scaling, globally focused organisation as they expand their AI and Product Innovation capabilities within their Centre of Excellence. With significant growth underway, they are now seeking an AI Product Manager to take ownership of their AI product strategy and drive the development of next-generation solutions across their platform.


This organisation operates beyond the typical financial, fintech, or insurance sectors. It focuses on addressing real-world global challenges through AI and collaborates with major news providers worldwide.


As an AI Product Manager, you will work across multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Design, Research, and Commercial to define and execute an AI roadmap that enhances product value, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.


You will focus on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and transforming complex workflows into simple, scalable AI-powered features.

This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and suited to someone who thrives on innovation, clarity, and measurable impact.


Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as a key partner in shaping their AI capability. This role will suit an experienced Product Manager from a technology-driven and high-performing environment who is comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and leading AI product initiatives end-to-end.


You will take full ownership of AI strategy execution with strong backing from the board.


Experience:

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in Product Management within a large-scale or fast-growing organisation.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with AI/ML (GenAI strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of LLM application patterns (RAG, agents/tool use, fine-tuning, function calling).
  • Proven ability in rapid prototyping using tools such as Replit or Colab.
  • Experience working with experimentation and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly).
  • Strong stakeholder management, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, feature definition, and outcome-driven delivery.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous workflows, complex datasets, and evolving customer needs.


Salary €100’000- €105000 + Bonus + Additional benefits
