UX/UI Designer
Job description:
- Lead end-to-end product design - from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms that make complex data easy to navigate and understand.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate design decisions and identify user pain points.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Apply UX best practices to enhance user flows, reduce friction, and improve conversion or engagement metrics.
- Develop interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma to communicate ideas and test concepts early).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles, ideally in SaaS, data visualization, or complex web apps.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, UI design, prototypes, and user-centered case studies.
- Deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design.
- Experience with UX research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with developers and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Salary: 1800 – 3300 Eur netto (2975 – 5455 Eur gross).
