UX/UI Designer

Job description:

  • Lead end-to-end product design - from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms that make complex data easy to navigate and understand.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate design decisions and identify user pain points.
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
  • Apply UX best practices to enhance user flows, reduce friction, and improve conversion or engagement metrics.
  • Develop interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma to communicate ideas and test concepts early).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles, ideally in SaaS, data visualization, or complex web apps.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, UI design, prototypes, and user-centered case studies.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design.
  • Experience with UX research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with developers and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Company offers:

  • Opportunity to shape a unique, market-changing product from the ground up.
  • Flexible working hours – we trust you to manage your time.
  • Learning & development budget – we invest in your growth.
  • A fast-moving startup environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and collaboration.
  • Remote or hybrid working model (If you’re based in Klaipėda, you can work from the office or choose a hybrid setup. If you’re located in another city, you can work remotely with occasional agreed-upon visits to the Klaipėda office).

Salary: 1800 – 3300 Eur netto (2975 – 5455 Eur gross).
