Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a future-oriented IT strategy aligned with the firm’s business model and growth objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, emerging tools (including AI), and digital opportunities.
- Lead the digital transformation roadmap, with a focus on automation, AI-driven efficiency, and data intelligence.
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee global IT operations, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable systems (network, cloud, hardware, applications, collaboration tools).
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, system consolidation, and infrastructure optimization.
- Ensure high service availability, business continuity, and reliable support across global offices.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Design and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy, including policies, governance, and monitoring.
- Lead risk assessments, compliance programs, and data protection initiatives (GDPR, ISO standards, client requirements).
- Manage incident response and ensure continuous improvement of cyber resilience.
Enterprise Applications & Data Management
- Oversee the application landscape (ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management, knowledge management systems).
- Drive integration, automation, and system enhancements to support consulting workflows.
- Define a data strategy that improves analytics, reporting, decision support, and data quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting Enablement
- Partner with client-facing teams to enable new digital offerings and support technology-driven consulting services.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Practice Leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that strengthen productivity and profitability.
- Manage external vendors, technology providers, and implementation partners.
Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing global IT team, fostering innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
- Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiations, and investment planning.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including serving as CIO, CTO, or Head of IT.
- Experience in a consulting, professional services, or fast-paced matrix environment strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation, cloud strategy, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational change.
- Experience in managing global IT teams and vendor ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technology topics for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI adoption and automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance environments.
- Consulting industry knowledge (project delivery models, client data requirements, professional services automation tools).
- Certification(s) such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications.
