We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build responsive, high-performance interfaces for our internal SaaS products. This is a role for an engineer (not a coder) who cares about performance, accessibility, and product impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply an AI-first mindset to prototyping and developer workflows (e.g., AI-assisted specs, code suggestions, and test scaffolding).
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality frontend applications using React, Vite, and Shadcn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional features.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
• Identify and fix performance or usability issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established architecture patterns.

🛠 Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), and React.
• Experience using hooks efficiently, managing re-renders, and working with Redux, Redux DevTools, Tailwind CSS, and v0.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Git, Vite) and RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write scalable, maintainable code.
• Experience with ERP domain is considered a plus
