Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Talent Intern to join our dynamic Talent team. As a Talent Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure and contribute positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Senior undergraduate or Master’s student preferably in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or Industrial Engineering,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and likes to have fun,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Good written and verbal skills in English,
• If you have internship experience in Human Resources, that would be a big plus,
• Able to work minimum 3 days a week. (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Work with our HR and recruitment team to learn about the jobs we need to fill,
• Support recruitment activities; organizing the interview calendars, hiring process, smooth onboarding and documentary process aligning with Talent Team, 👥
• Utilize online platforms such as LinkedIn or Kariyer.net to discover exceptional candidates,
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability,
• Keep our candidate databases in top shape. 📊💼
