HR Coordinator

Location: Montreal (Remote)

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000

Type: Full time


Auxo is hiring an HR Coordinator for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for the manufacturing and supply chain industry.


You’ll support the day-to-day HR and people operations that keep the company running smoothly as the team scales. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.


You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager on onboarding, HR administration, recruiting coordination, employee experience, and operational improvements across the business.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling
  • Manage employee records and HR administration through Rippling
  • Support benefits administration and act as a first point of contact for employee questions
  • Assist with recruiting coordination including scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support internal operations
  • Help improve HR policies, documentation, and internal processes
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on operational and cross-functional improvement projects
  • Maintain high confidentiality and accuracy across all HR processes


Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations
  • Hands-on experience using Rippling is required
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is a strong asset
  • Interest in operations, systems, or process improvement is a plus
