Join our vibrant digital marketing agency as a Project Manager, where you'll orchestrate Asana like a virtuoso, sculpting tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration with finesse. Your superpower? Juggling communication between internal and external teams while creating an oasis of organization in the wilds of Slack. What You'll Be Diving Into Day-to-day

• Brief, delegate, coordinate, and manage creative assignments using Asana from beginning to end of a project’s life cycle. You will be responsible for bringing each project to life, making sure that it gets assigned and delivered on deadlines.
• Actively remove operational barriers, ensuring smooth workflow processes and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Facilitate seamless communication among internal and external teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Manage briefing sessions and efficiently delegate tasks within the team, considering individual capabilities and project requirements.
• Monitor and manage team bandwidth, ensuring workload distribution and optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines by actively tracking progress, updating project trackers, and intervening as needed.
• Record meeting minutes during calls and transcribe them accurately onto Slack in relevant channels for reference and action.
• Organize and maintain Slack channels, creating new ones when necessary for effective team communication.
• Oversee platform management (Google Drive, Air, Notion, Asana), ensuring structured organization and easy access to client assets and resources.
• Responsible for uploading and organizing client assets to appropriate platforms for ease of access and reference.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana, and competence in tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Air.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate team collaboration and external client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to transcribe accurate meeting notes and maintain structured documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to swiftly address barriers and ensure project continuity.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary Range: $65,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
