PMO Manager

Role: PMO Portfolio Manager

We are recruiting a PMO Portfolio Manager to join a global professional services and advisory organisation.

We are looking for a thought leader in portfolio management and PMO, as this role is going to be responsible for shaping and developing a Portfolio function, that enables successful project/programme delivery across the organisation.

Outline of the role/responsibilities:

• Demonstrable complex PMO and portfolio management design, development and leadership experience
• Shape governance and change management processes across the portfolio, from prioritisation through to benefit realisation
• Support in creating a project/programme management centre of excellence
• Develop, maintain and improve processes, standards and templates
• Proactively monitor the in-flight portfolio, ensuring initiative data is accurate, timely and decision-useful and evolving this where possible
• Strong financial acumen, with ability articulating and tracking portfolio financials
• Coach & mentor best practice portfolio management across the wider team
• Work closely with senior leadership & executive - strong stakeholder management experience will be needed
• Previous background in hands-on delivery of cross-functional projects or programmes

Salary & Package: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and Package
