Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to join the infrastructure team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular attendance at the office in Espoo. The successful candidate must be proficient in English or Finnish to navigate the bilingual technical environment. Your primary duties will include managing cloud environments, ensuring system scalability, and automating deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with software developers to implement infrastructure as code and ensure the reliability of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure cloud infrastructure on major public cloud platforms
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents promptly
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement security best practices regarding access control and data encryption
• Write scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or DevOps
• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, and Firewalls
• Ability to configure monitoring tools like Prometheus or Datadog
