About the Team:

You will have the opportunity to join the team responsible for introducing a new product in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce sectors. You will be granted a chance to influence the way of developing a new Payment Method that is going to be used widely across multiple countries.

You will have a chance to collaborate with external partners, proposing technical solutions to their needs, and work closely with multiple internal development teams ensuring the right design and quality of the implemented solution.

You’ll help us build a product that is:

  • Easy to integrate for business partners (simple plugin / widget integration).
  • Reliable and secure (we operate in regulated financial markets).
  • Pleasant and intuitive for end customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the PayLater frontend plugin used by our business partners.
  • Build reusable, high-quality React + TypeScript components used in the plugin and internal tools.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate with payment and financial APIs.
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of the plugin on partners’ websites.
  • Contribute to code quality via testing, code reviews, and clean architecture.
  • Work in Scrum methodology with two-week sprints using Atlassian tools.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements.
  • Stay self-motivated to learn and share new knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in frontend development.
  • A strong command of TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in React.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Knowledge of Next.js.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs / JSON.
  • Ability to work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Capability to understand performance, accessibility, and responsiveness best practices.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Node.js for tooling and backend tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity or similar).
  • Experience with Postman or similar tools for API interactions.
  • Experience in building embeddable widgets/plugins or SDKs.
  • Understanding of security and compliance aspects in financial products.
