NOC Engineer - L1
- 3+ years experience working in NOC Environment
- Has strong basics in recognizing port numbers, ip range, subnets, server device alarms
- Strong process knowledge and experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling NOC monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge and experience in usage of ITSM ticketing tool
- Build SOP's on continuous basis
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- Minimum CCNA/CCNP certification in mandatory
