As they expand into more complex products and their user base continues to grow, the team is now looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to build and optimize real-time AI products at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services in Golang that power intelligent product logic and scale effectively with growing user activity
• Develop stable and extensible backend interfaces that support smooth coordination between internal systems and application features
• Improve system throughput and resilience by refining data workflows and optimizing asynchronous processing across distributed components
• Take ownership of technical quality by shaping architectural decisions, producing well-structured code, and contributing to peer review practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid experimentation and product iteration

Job Requirements:

• Strong backend development experience with solid proficiency in Golang
• Practical experience with building scalable systems involving databases (SQL/NoSQL), distributed components, message queues, and caching layers
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in inter-service communication and managing containerized workloads
• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about building efficient systems and solving complex technical challenges
