What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-performance backend systems and internal tools.
• Collaborate with product, data, and algorithm teams to ensure seamless platform integration.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Contribute to engineering best practices — from architecture design to testing and deployment.
• Document system architecture, APIs, and internal tools for smooth collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of backend development experience with solid coding and documentation habits.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Golang, Python, or PHP (Java / Golang preferred).
• Strong understanding of Linux, MySQL, caching, RPC/MQ, and microservices architectures.
• Experience in API design and integration for large-scale platforms.
• Bonus: exposure to frontend frameworks (React / Vue) or user growth systems.
• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to drive technical solutions.
