Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of -

Role: Scrum Master (ERP Program)

Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered)

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Prior Experience With Federal/State Clients Is Required

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams
  • Track story progress, manage blockers, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with program milestones and dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with PMO, architects, and leads

Required:

  • 10+ years as Scrum Master
  • Experience in ERP/large-scale transformation programs.
