We are searching for Microsoft Power Platform Lead to build one of the highest growing service area, been responsible for product management on the area, co-operate developer’s team as well as contributing to development of customers’ Microsoft Power Platform solutions and technically lead customer deliveries. Your responsibilities include various tasks from presales support to architectural and lead role. You are not afraid to lead by an example.

We expect you to have proven skills in Microsoft Power Platform or /and Power automate and passion to lead new business growth and the developers team, continuously learn new things and aim higher.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in working with process automation & low-code applications
• Business-minded, understands the business processes
• Understanding of Service productization and packaging repeatable solutions
• Prior experience with leading a technical team or wiling to take on such a role
• Preferably Hands-on experience in creating a solution and architecture with Microsoft Power Platform and Automate
• Familiarity with SQL, API & some programming languages is good to have
• Preferably familiarity/experience with other Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Sharepoint
• Preferably at least one Microsoft Power Platform Certification
• Several years of experience in working in technical roles in process automation or SW development projects
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with the customer representatives
• Proficiency to work in both Finnish and English languages.
