Our client combines deep research expertise with AI and modern technology to create a next-generation insights platform. They’re redefining how qualitative and quantitative research come together — and they’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across the stack, from backend services in Node/Nest to front-end delivery in Angular.

You won’t just write code — you’ll shape how the product works, feels, and scales, and have the opportunity to grow into a technical lead role as a new development pod forms.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain backend services (Node.js / Nest.js) integrated with a modern Angular front-end.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Champion quality, performance, and developer experience (DX) across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver features that delight users.
• Mentor other engineers, help define technical patterns and best practices.
• Prepare to step into a team lead role as the product and team grow.

Must-haves:

• Strong production experience with Node.js or Nest.js and Angular.
• Solid understanding of API design, data flow, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in small or scale-up SaaS environments — comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
• Eligible to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Exposure to front-end automation, performance profiling, or optimization.
