BUSINESS ANALYST (TECHNICAL) - CORE BANKING TRANSFORMATION

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a Business / System Analyst Consultant to join an international Core Banking Modernization Program, driving Oracle FLEXCUBE migration across multiple countries.

This is a role within one of the region’s most ambitious financial transformations, where you’ll bridge business needs and technical execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and product owners, ensuring every requirement and integration aligns with the bank’s vision for next-generation banking.

DO YOU HAVE…

🚀 5+ years of Business or System Analysis experience in banking or financial systems.

🚀 Proven expertise in Accounts, Payments, Cards, and Lending domains.

🚀 Strong understanding of core banking migration projects, ideally with Oracle FLEXCUBE or comparable platforms.

🚀 Hands-on experience analyzing and documenting system integrations—REST APIs, SOAP, and message-based data flows.

🚀 Proven ability to conduct gap analyses and define integration and process improvements between legacy and modern systems.

🚀 Familiarity with data structures, reporting concepts, and basic SQL or query languages for validation and reconciliation.

🚀 Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.

🚀 Comfort working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

⭐ The hourly rate for this position is up to 41 EUR gross under a full-time B2B contract, or up to 5,600 EUR gross per month under an employment contract.
