A well-respected Swedish digital solutions provider is looking for experienced Senior .NET / Optimizely Developers to join their growing team. The company builds modern, user-centric platforms for mission-driven organisations across both the public and private sector, with a strong focus on quality, accessibility, and long-term value.

About the Role

In this position, you will help design, develop, and evolve solutions using Optimizely CMS and the .NET platform. You’ll work closely with UX designers, project managers, and clients from initial needs analysis and architecture through to development and continuous improvement.

The work is meaningful, technically challenging, and central to delivering secure, accessible, and user-focused digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance digital solutions in Optimizely CMS / DXP
• Build backend functionality using C# / .NET
• Work on integrations and frontend components (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Next)
• Ensure accessibility, security, and performance best practices
• Take technical ownership and mentor colleagues
• Collaborate within cross-functional, agile teams

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in .NET development (Optimizely strongly preferred)
• Strong C# skills and experience integrating external systems
• Frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Next beneficial)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Optimizely DXP, Azure, or similar)
• A consultative mindset and the ability to understand customer needs
• Interest in leading technical decisions and guiding others
