At Strawberry, we're not just a hotel company - we're building a universe of experiences. We're transforming the hospitality landscape through innovation and technology. With our wide portfolio, including everything from hotels/rooms to restaurants, spas, experiences, events, and much more, our commercial opportunities are huge!

About The Role

We’re now looking for a Product Designer to join our Commercial team and take our guest obsession to the next level! This is a one-year fixed-term contract with start in January 2026.

At Strawberry, we are striving to create the best experience for our guests! We are covering the complete customer journey; when they are exploring our services and making a booking, during their stay and after they’ve checked out. You will be working closely with product managers and in a cross functional team to deliver excellent user experience for all of our features in both web and app.

As part of the design team, you’ll be responsible for the whole design process from the early stage of exploration to user research, concept ideas and user testing and deliver high end prototypes ready to be implemented by developers. Take a user centered approach, create prototypes and wireframes for native apps and web, with the ability to iterate design solutions rapidly and also conduct usability testing.

Who we think you are:

For this role we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within Product Design. We believe that you are comfortable with different design methodologies and know when to use what depending on the situation at hand. You have experience of conducting research and testing and should be comfortable designing for both app and web because we work in cross functional teams to ensure the best user experience for our guests. We are designing and maintaining our design system in Figma. So you should have previous experience from the tool.

We believe you have an education in UX, interactive design or similar and that you have worked in a fast moving business where you had to take your own responsibility to make things happen.

We believe that you are a great team player that likes to have fun with your colleagues and inspire others. To thrive here you have the ability to collaborate with other designers & product teams in a rapidly changing environment. We do believe you have strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Like challenging others' common perception of how our guests perceive our products and discussing design solutions. We believe that you are detail oriented and a critical thinker, but with a positive “we can do it” attitude. You have an aptitude for problem solving and logical thinking and constantly have an eye on the next innovation and the latest trends.

What we can offer you:

  • A truly unique opportunity to shape the future of the guest experiences in hospitality
  • A flat organization with trust and autonomy that goes the extra mile, and cares about both people and the environment.
  • Exceptional colleagues and an inclusive, experimentation-based, and innovative culture - we love to share and learn from each other, and test ideas if they work
  • Great benefits! In addition to our collective agreement, we also offer staff discounts and friends & family rates at our 250+ hotels!
  • A vibrant office in Solna, with a hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the office.

Sounds interesting?

Great - because we would love to get to know you too! Submit your application below and let us tell you more.

Please note that this is a one-year project-based contract with start in January, and we are only considering applicants who are currently residing in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area.

And one more important thing: We only review applications that include a portfolio, so please make sure to attach both your CV and portfolio that demonstrates your design process when applying.
