Data Scientist

Position: Data Scientist

Location: Kraków

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)

Contract: Employment contract only

Compensation: Base salary + financial bonus

Note: We cannot consider candidates requiring a visa or work authorisation support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Integrate advanced ML models with LLM-based workflows to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science/ML.
• Bachelor’s or higher in ML, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or related technical field.
• Strong grounding in probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, ML, and generative AI.
• Expert-level deep learning knowledge.
• Solid understanding of GenAI/LLMs, including underlying model mathematics and real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, ETFs, segmentation) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
