Job description :


Location: Warsaw (1-2 days at office) + regular travel to Tomaszów Mazowiecki (twice a week)


Travel: Regular visits to other countries in the region (approximately one visit per year to each country in the region)


We are looking for Junior HR Business Partner to support our Sales Region Eastern Europe and assembly in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.


As HRBP, you will be the primary HR contact supporting around 160 employees in 7 countries. You’ll work closely with local leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and local compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement global HR initiatives locally, adapting to market and legal requirements
  • Partner with leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviews
  • Support organisational development, employee engagement, and change management activities
  • Lead talent development efforts, identify high-potential individuals, and build succession pipelines
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, track progress, and propose corrective actions where needed
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and governance, maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Advise on employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Coordinate personnel administration processes (preparing contracts and addendums, timely implementation of health and safety training and health examinations), benefits and payroll support for Poland


What You’ll Bring:


  • Experience as Junior HR Business Partner or HR Specialist willing to develop further
  • Fluent Polish and very good English (at a level of fluent communication)
  • Understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and data confidentiality.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant educational background
  • Ability to plan, set priorities, and meet deadlines
