We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently and collaboratively. This role is ideal for someone passionate about stakeholder management, team management, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and agility.

Their most ambitious goal at the time is to introduce a range of Reduced-Risk Products (RRPs). The target audience is more than 1 billion of consumers around the globe. IT platform hosts 700+ applications.

What you will do

– Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and risks.

– Remote Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a distributed team across multiple locations and time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.

– Dependency Management

Identify, track, and manage external and internal dependencies to minimize risks and ensure timely delivery.

– Delivery Under Tight Deadlines

Drive project execution within aggressive timelines, balancing scope, quality, and resources effectively.

– Agile Support

Facilitate and support Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.

– Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

– Reporting & Transparency

Provide accurate and timely status reports, ensuring visibility into progress, blockers, and key decisions.

What you need for this

– 7+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager (Project Manager)

– Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks

– Ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress

– Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

– Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools

– Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe)

– Background in project management or product development, with a focus on stakeholder management

– Experience with distributed or remote teams

– Familiarity with software development lifecycle and cross-functional teams

– English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

– Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent
