About The Role
Experian is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support Scrum teams while also handling light administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
- Be a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and many more).
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and partners to ensure clear understanding of goals, scope, and product domain.
- Report on team metrics and progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Support project documentation and perform light administrative responsibilities.
- Foster relationships across teams and departments to enhance collaboration and delivery.
- Work flexibility, covering Australia time zone, working on roster and support during weekends or afterhours during deployments.
- Monthly reporting (Scrum Team metrics, DORA, Timesheets) including financial reporting (administrative tasks PR/PO creating as well).
- Prior experience with JIRA query handling and Microsoft BI reporting.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, and leading Scrum of Scrum and PI plannings sessions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship management.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar platforms.
Qualifications
- Overall, 8 year's experience, with +5 years of experience in leading Scrum Teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-level global organization.
