Senior Project Manager | Hybrid in Dublin | Contract until end of June 2025 | €90,000 / annum

A new opportunity is opening up for an experienced Project Manager to join one of the world’s most recognised names in technology and a unique chance to shape a new innovation centre being established in Ireland.

In this role you will be working with the country governance team and be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of multiple projects. Ensuring that milestones are met, plans are executed, metrics established and success measured – supporting delivery and evaluation of effectiveness for each program.

Sounds interesting, what will I be responsible for?

• Manage the strategic priorities of the country governance team, focusing on the AI adaption and DE&I programs, while occasionally supporting other pillars such as Philanthropy and the People Management community.
• Design project plans where needed, incorporating change management strategies into the AI adaption training program to address and counteract resistance effectively.
• Coordinate collaboration among contributors to training programs and deliver necessary materials, presentations, and announcements.
• Support the DE&I lead in fostering an inclusive work environment by driving key initiatives.
• Ensure vendor teams deliver on committed actions aligned with the defined vision, project plans, and KPIs.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with all program stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Draft and refine communications for each program as required.
• Organize seamless end-to-end registration processes for pillar-led events and produce post-event evaluations to guide future activities.

What are the requires skills and experience?

• Demonstrated expertise in program management, ideally with experience in AI-driven projects or large-scale change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively drive and manage change at scale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and engage with all levels of leadership.
• Proficiency in establishing clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate program success and adoption.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of assignments, demonstrating versatility and a proactive approach to embracing new challenges.

This opportunity is for a contract ending 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend to 18-month contract), Based in Dublin, hybrid, 2-3 days in the week, paying from €90,000 per annum pro rata or daily rate up to €470. To hear more about this position or to discuss your suitability, please apply today!
