Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Resilience & Disaster Recovery (DR) Assurance Program. The role focuses on enforcing Immutable Backup capabilities, validating Backup/Restore readiness, and ensuring full compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards across all application portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Delivery
- Own project planning, scope, timelines, and cross-functional delivery.
- Ensure implementation of immutable backup mechanisms across in-scope applications.
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk/issue escalations.
Enterprise Rollout & Change Management
- Drive organization-wide adoption of new backup, DR, and resilience protocols.
- Lead communication forums including town halls, drop-in sessions, and workshops.
- Act as an internal advocate for resilience, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Validation & Technical Assurance
- Oversee and verify Backup & Restore tests to validate RTO/RPO alignment.
- Lead DR simulation testing and confirm system recovery readiness.
- Ensure evidence-backed validation of data integrity and recoverability.
Compliance & Documentation (ISO 27001 / ISO 22301)
- Ensure all processes, tests, and controls meet ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 requirements.
- Maintain high-quality, auditable evidence: test results, recovery metrics, sign-offs.
- Identify non-compliance, risks, and failures; escalate to leadership and compliance teams.
