Role: IT Change Management

• · At least 5 years of fulltime experience as a Change Management Lead or senior change manager on largescale IT or business transformation projects

· Proven experience leading organizational change efforts including change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement strategies

· Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English

· Leading the development and execution of change management strategies

· and plans

· Conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments

· Designing and managing stakeholder engagement and communication

· plans in collaboration with the project team

· Overseeing training needs analysis and coordinating delivery of changerelated training

· Measuring and monitoring change adoption and benefit realization

· Experience working with structured change management methodologies eg Prosci ADKAR Kotter

· Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority
