Graphic Designer

Hi, we are MyEdSpace, a VC-backed EdTech company based in London (UK). We are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to join our friendly team and create visually engaging content to enhance our brand and user experience.

At MyEdSpace, you will:

• Develop website and landing page designs focused on maximising conversions and providing the best user experience.
• Develop creative graphics for social media and print materials.
• Work within our design system to refine and develop brand identity practices, ensure consistency in brand identity and suggest new visual approaches to expand our style.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams.
• Conduct research, generate hypotheses and solutions for A/B testing, and update/optimise designs based on test results.
• Lead junior educational designers, providing guidelines and feedback, and helping to manage their work.
• Work at a high tempo, taking multiple projects from concept to completion simultaneously.

Required skills to make you a great fit:

• Have 3+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of completed projects, preferably including marketing and website design projects.
• Excellent graphic design skills, proficient in Figma and Photoshop, with a high standard for visual and interaction design and attention to detail.
• Staying up to date with design trends and Figma updates, and you are familiar with using AI tools to assist in design.
• Proactive and independent.
• Ability to analyse page/marketing performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
• Have a B2 level of English with fluent communication skills.

It would be great if you also:

• Are familiar with HTML, CSS and JS basics.
• Have experience with 3D design tools.
• Have experience with UI/UX design and copywriting.
• Have experience with illustration.
• Have experience working in the EdTech industry and with European, UK and US markets/customers.

What We Offer (Benefits):

• A starting salary of $2300/month, consisting of a $2000 base and a performance bonus of up to $300 for achieving KPIs. This will be reviewed every 6 months.

• Take 20 days paid leave per year (plus UK public holidays), and paid sick leave.
• Flexible hours. You choose when to start your day: 9 am - 12 noon.
