Business Analyst at AI CERTs®

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at AI CERTs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our mission to certify and train a billion people while making a positive social impact and contributing to our global vision. You will work closely with various teams to understand and document business requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our comprehensive AI certification portfolio. Your work will help maintain AI CERTs’ industry recognition and validation, ensuring the quality and impact of our certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of AI certification programs aligned with our value propositions.
• Assist in the coordination of projects related to certification development and innovation.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports and user manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and certifications.
• Participate in quality assurance processes, including test plan development and execution.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, working towards effective solutions.
• Support the innovation and integration of AI and Blockchain technologies in our certification programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an educational or technology context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a diverse team.
• Project management knowledge and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Passion for AI and education, aligned with AI CERTs’ social impact goals.
